How long do I have?

You can return your unused and originally packaged products to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Who bears the cost of the return shipment?

To keep returns sustainable and support logistical processes, we charge our customers a flat fee of €3.99 for return shipping costs.

You don't have to pay anything in advance: We will simply deduct this flat fee from your refund amount after receiving and checking your return.

How to start your return:

Simply enter your order number and postcode in our portal below. You will immediately receive your digital return label, which you can print out or hand in as a QR code on your smartphone at the post office.
